Our Studio Lead Times

At HALI MOTIF our Impression Kits are sent within 1-5 business days. All our other treasures are made to order with a lead time of 5-10 business days.

If you require your order urgently or by a specific date please email hello@halimotif.com and we will do everything we can to prioritise you order.

IMPRESSION JEWELLERY

GENERAL
  • Your impression kit will be sent to you within 1-5 business days.

  • If you have an urgent kit to be delivered, please email hello@halimotif.com with the subject line as urgent and we will have it sent out to you as soon as possible.

  • After we have received your returned impression kit, please allow approximately 4 weeks for the finished piece. 

  • Multiple designs/sizes from one impression - please allow an additional 1-2 weeks.

  • Soul Keep Memorial Impressions - allow an additional 2 weeks
SOUL KEEP - MEMORIAL
  • If you have an urgent kit to be delivered, please email hello@halimotif.com with the subject line as urgent and we will have it sent out to you as soon as possible.

  • After we have received your returned impression kit, please allow approximately 6 weeks for the finished piece. 
MULITPLE PIECES OF JEWELLERY FROM THE SAME MOULD
  • For multiple pieces of jewellery from the same mould - after we have received your returned impression kit, please allow approximately 6 weeks for the finished piece. 
ALTERNATIVE MATERIAL USED (EG. CLAY/PUTTY)
  • For jewellery created from alternative material - after we have received your returned impression mould, please allow approximately 6 weeks for the finished piece. 

IMPORTANT DATES TO CONSIDER

VALENTINES DAY - 14th February

  • Impressions (for the finished piece): For delivery in time for Valentines Day your impression kit will need to be returned by the 10th January.

  • Impression Kits (without the finished piece): 09th February - These are a beautiful gift to be given on the day if you did not order in time for the finished piece - don't forget to capture the moment on camera as this will make it an even more of special memory.

  • All Other Orders: Please allow 1-10 business days (so place your orders as soon as you can)
MOTHERS DAY - 11TH MAY (2025)

  • Impressions (for the finished piece): For delivery in time for Mothers Day your impression kit will need to be returned by the 06th April. Any impression kits received after this date will be finalised within the week after Mother's Day weekend.

  • Impression Kits (without the finished piece): 03rd May - These are a beautiful gift to be given on the day if you did not order in time for the finished piece - don't forget to capture the moment on camera as this will make it an even more of special memory.

  • All Other Orders: 23rd April 12:00pm (AEST)
CHRISTMAS - 25th December
  • GENERAL IMPRESSIONS: For delivery in time for Christmas your impression kit will need to be returned by the 20th November. We recommend placing your orders as soon as you can to reduce potential delays and influx of orders. Any impression kits received after this date will be received within 4-6week of returning. However, please be mindful of business closures (written below). If the lead time is within those dates you will receive your treasure after business opens in the new year.

  • SOUL KEEP IMPRESSIONS: For delivery in time for Christmas your impression kit will need to be returned by the 6th November. We recommend placing your orders as soon as you can to reduce potential delays and influx of orders. Any impression kits received after this date will be received within 4-6week of returning. However, please be mindful of business closures (written below). If the lead time is within those dates you will receive your treasure after business opens in the new year.

NOVEMBER/DECEMBER/JANUARY PERIOD
  • GENERAL IMPRESSIONS: For delivery prior to business closure on the 24th December, your impression kit will need to be returned by the 20th November. We recommend placing your orders as soon as you can to reduce potential delays and influx of orders. Any impression kits received after this date will be finalised within 4 weeks of returning on the 14th January.

  • SOUL KEEP IMPRESSIONS: For delivery prior to business closure on the 24th December, your impression kit will need to be returned by the 6th November. We recommend placing your orders as soon as you can to reduce potential delays and influx of orders. Any impression kits received after this date will be received within 6 weeks of returning on the 14th January.

BUSINESS CLOSURES

24th December 2024 - 14th January 2025
  • URGENT IMPRESSION KITS - please email hello@halimotif.com with the subject line as URGENT and we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

  • Impression kits returned after the 20th of November will be finalised once business is open in the New Year.

  • Any other orders placed during this time will begin processing from the 14th January

TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELAYED/LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES

At HALI MOTIF, we take great care in packaging and preparing your order for shipment. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control. While we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages that may occur during transit, we are here to support you if an issue arises.

If your package is delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for the most accurate and up-to-date information. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us, and we will do our best to help you resolve the matter.

SALES & BUSY PERIODS

Please be aware that during sales and over Christmas (November/December), Mother’s Day (April/May), there may be potential delays due to increase in order volume or business closures. Due to this we recommend placing your orders as soon as possible.
