If you have recently lost a loved one, Breanna will work closely with you, your funeral home, or any other service provider to create a meaningful impression keepsake.

In these circumstances, we send two different materials to capture the impressions:

Wax, which we generally use, and

Soft putty, which is gentler and often better suited for this situation.

The impression materials provided will be of a large size, as our goal is to capture as much detail as possible from the fingerprint, hand, or foot - as your chosen design can always be made smaller by carefully selecting the most beautiful area of the impression, but it cannot be made larger.

To ensure the original impression remains safe, a silicone mould will be created before making any adjustments. This mould is kept by you and can be used to create additional designs in the future or to replace a piece should it ever be lost.
