I originally purchased a Keepsake pendant to commemorate my late brother. The funeral home wouldn’t take the impression, Breanna kindly offered to talk to them for me, which I appreciate greatly. In the end it was not possible to have it done. Breanna allowed me to pivot and tweak the order to an impression of my 8 month old son, which is absolutely divine. I love it, and cherish it.
